Azteca Gang Leader Arrested

JUAREZ - Police are interrogating a man linked to dozens of murders in Juarez.

Arturo Gallegos is a major player with the Azteca Gang.
He was arrested over the weekend.
Gallegos is tied to the U.S. consulate killings in Juarez back in March.
