Another person is under arrest for a bar shooting in Central El Paso last Friday. Police say Yazmin Garcia helped Julio Mendoza flee the area of the X O bar shortly after the shooting. Mendoza and Garcia are charged with attempted capital murder. The victim is recovering from being shot in the stomach and upper body.
