The low-cost services will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis to the first 250 animals taken to the El Paso Animal Services Shelter, at 5001 Fred Wilson Ave. between the hours of 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. on September 28.

The fees for the low-cost services are:
• Rabies vaccination and registration, $19
• Parvo/Distemper vaccinations, $10

Pet owners wishing to register or vaccinate pets that already have a microchip are asked to please bring proof of pet ownership, such as a bill of sale from a veterinarian or a letter from the former owner. Proof of ownership is not required for pets without a microchip.

Payment methods include; cash or check. Those paying with a check must show a valid driver’s license. Credit and debit cards will not be accepted.
