Before becoming the weathercaster for NewsChannel 9 today and midday; Chester was the morning meteorologist for KRCG 13 in Jefferson City/Columbia, Missouri. He began his career in Grand Junction, Colorado at KJCT News 8.
Chester was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology from St. Louis University in May 2005. In addition to his love of weather, he enjoys history, reading, outdoor activities, watching baseball, as well as spending time with his family and friends. You’ll likely see Chester out and about the Borderland; enjoying the many restaurants, state and national parks, and activities the area has to offer.
