While Adrienne Alvarez grew up in New Jersey, she has fallen in love with the Southwest and is excited to report in the Sun City!

Before moving to El Paso to be a reporter at KTSM, Adrienne was a Weekend Anchor / Reporter in Grand Junction, Colo. She also worked as a freelance reporter for KMSB in Tucson, Ariz.; the home of her beloved Wildcats!

While attending the University of Arizona, Adrienne graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and a Minor in Spanish.

Adrienne became a journalist because of her passion for telling stories; especially the stories of people she gets to meet every day.

She is also a proud member of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists.
