Kidnapping Victim Murdered Even Though Ransom Paid

Thursday night the body of a woman was found inside the Colinas cemetery.

The woman is said to be in her 30's and was discovered
near a grave.

A man and a woman were attacked while driving around in south Juarez. Gunmen shot them both. The male driver was killed and the female passenger was injured

A body was found wrapped in a blanket with several gunshot wounds. The person's identity has not been released.

Finally, the body of a man was found in the Rio Grande.
According to Juarez police the man was kidnapped two days ago and his family had paid a ransom to the kidnappers.

Even though the ransom was paid the kidnapping victim was murdered.

All the soldiers do is stand there.That's all they do. That's all they have done.I have friends in Juarez that even suspect the military of kidnapping and raping young girls.This is the type of police work that Mexico is paying for. An officer in Juarez makes about as much as a 16 year old at a fast food joint. Its true what they say you get what you pay for.
