Monday, June 18, 2007 - More young adults are using crystal meth than previously thought. A survey sponsored by the National Institutes of Health shows 2.8% of 18 to 26 year olds used meth in 2001 and 2002.

That's up from other surveys which indicated usage among young adults was at 1.5%.

Researchers say the typical users were white males who live in the west.
