New research from Northwestern University shows people who eat food rich in Omega-3 fatty acids tend to have lower blood pressure.
The data include more than 4,600 adult men and women from the U.S. and all over the world.
The effect was particularly beneficial among people who had not yet developed high blood pressure and, therefore, were not already being treated.
