ComCorp El Paso (KTSM-TV) is seeking an account executive for it’s fast growing Spanish language television station, Estrella 9.2. Candidate must have the ability to establish new accounts and grow existing local business with an emphasis on generating new business. Must have the ability to customize presentations to fit client needs, create interest in local station events and other media products. Must be a strong presenter and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and oral. Candidate should have excellent presentation skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients. The successful candidate must be a self-starter, and have the ability to work well with management and additional sales staff. Attention to detail and follow through is critical. Fluent in Spanish preferred. Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years media sales experience preferred, or relevant experience within media.

Strong negotiation, closing, and research skills.

Must be comfortable developing and presenting sales presentations to decision makers and others who influence advertising decisions.

Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.

Must have working knowledge of internet advertising methods.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
