Thomas L. Pester, M.D., Biography

Dr. Pester is a General Surgeon who received his medical training at the University of Nebraska College of Medicine.

Carol Ann Osteika, MSN, FNP-C

Carol is a native El Pasoan. She graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a Bacholer’s degree in Nursing and continued her education at the University of Texas at El Paso to obtain a Master’s degree in Nursing, FNP-C.
