Rising Gas Prices Frustrating Drivers

EL PASO - The rising price of gasoline is causing concern for drivers all over the US.
In California, a gallon of gas is now more than 4 bucks.
Here in the borderland, we're paying about $3.66.
That's up almost a quarter since last month with some stations already over the $3.80 mark.
That's compared to the national average of $3.76.
