LAS CRUCES -- The search is over for a fugitive who Dona Ana County Sheriff's Deputies said was armed, dangerous and on the loose in Las Cruces.

Deputies arrested 25-year-old James Scott Mojarro at a tire store at 11:45 a.m.

Mojarro is charged with Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, said a Sheriff's Department spokesman.
