El Paso- The El Paso branch of the West Texas Food Bank ranks last in the state.

According to non-profit Feeding America, the food bank distributed about 15 pounds of food per person in poverty last year. 

That figure is less than any other county in the state.  But the El Paso Food Bank is trying to turn that number around.
