EL PASO - Operation H.O.P.E. has organized a Mass to benefit the flood victims of the Ramos Court neighborhood.

A prayer vigil is set for Sunday July 17 at noon at Ramos Ct. in the Lower Valley. The philanthropic organization is asking the public to show their support through donations.

About 100 people in the Ramos Ct. neighborhood were displaced after a canal burst caused massive flooding on June 4.
