A man robbed the First Savings Bank at N. Mesa St. and Montana at gunpoint this afternoon.

Police tell us the man, described as a tall Hispanic, walked into the bank wearing an orange traffic vest, a baseball cap and a dark bandana around his face. We're told by bank employees that he had a gun, demanded money and then left on foot.

This is the second bank robbery this week, as we reported on Monday the GECU on Ysleta and Alameda was also held up.

The FBI and Crimes Against Persons were at the crime scene this afternoon talking to witnesses and looking for the man who robbed the bank.

No one was hurt and there have been no reports that the suspect has been found.
