According to the rain gauges by the airport, El Paso saw 2.36" of rain in the last two days.

Las Cruces recorded 1.77" of rain and Deming about 2.40" of rain.

Today we aren't expecting too much rain around the Borderland, but there is plenty of moisture still lingering behind from Odile. This means we will be seeing plenty of cloudcover this morning and by the afternoon, that cloud cover should break apart and the borderland will heat up to about 83°.

As day time heating takes place, you can expect isolated to scattered showers. And because of the abundant moisture, rain chances will continue throughout the weekend.

By Sunday night a weak backdoor cold front moves through increasing our rain chances for Monday.

So just to be clear, tonight for the One Direction Concert, we are expecting to see very light drizzle, but if our temps really heat up, we might end up having a wet boy band concert!

Fall starts in 4 days!!!
