Truck Found Just Hours After Being Stolen

El Paso, Texas – Investigators from the Auto Theft Task Force have charged a man with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle in relation to a stolen truck Tuesday evening. The investigation revealed that a 2005 copper Ford F350 King Ranch Dually was taken between 6 pm – 7 pm, from the State Line Restaurant parking lot. Further investigation revealed that Customs and Border Protection (CBP) stopped Jose Naranjo OROZCO operating the vehicle south bound at the Ysleta Bridge heading towards Mexico. Auto Theft Investigators determined that the vehicle was the same one stolen from the State Line Restaurant a few hours earlier and charged OROZCO with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. He was booked into the El Paso County Jail and his bond was set at $25,000.00. The vehicle was returned to the owner. This vehicle was valued at $25,000.00.
