Same Sex Marriage Postponed

Friday, August 13, 2010 - 12:53pm

The resumption of same-sex marriages in California has been postponed for about a week.
Same-sex marriage supporters gathered outside the San Francisco courthouse after the news broke.
Judge Vaughn Walker gave opponents until next Wednesday to get a ruling from an appeals court on whether same sex marriages should resume.
That same judge struck down the state's voter-approved same sex marriage ban last week.
