El Paso - Electricity is restored to the Cielo Vista area including El Paso International Airport.

The electricity went out around 2:30pm.  The outage did not affect flights in and out of the airport.

At one point, the outage affected 5,200 customers.

Crews restored electricity shortly before 4pm.
