EL PASO - Police say a suspected drunk driver was speeding when he crashed into a pickup, then rolled over.

The accident happened at around 2:15 this morning on Loop 375 just past Rojas.

Police say the Chevy Cobalt was heading south on Loop 375 when it hit a pickup truck, then rolled over for about a quarter of a mile.

Police say the airbag saved the driver's life.

The 58-year-old man driving the pickup was not injured.

The driver of the Cobalt will be charged with causing the accident and speeding.

Police believe he was drinking.
