BAKING COMPETITION

Who: The ACF chefs of greater El Paso – Non profit organization.

What: Baking Competition featuring professional and non-professional categories
Cookies – 12 cookies per participant
Pies – Savory or sweet

Cakes – One cake min. 8 slices.

Brownies – 12 cookies per participant
Make your favorite recipe and bring it in for judging
You will also need to present a recipe at the competition.
Competition entry fee will be Professional ($15) Non-professional ($10)
All proceeds to benefit your local ACF chapter. (Local charities)

Where: El Paso Community College, 9050 Viscount ASC - B

When: Saturday, Nov 21, 2009 from 11:00 AM to2:00PM
Judging event will begin at 12:00 PM - Award ceremony at 1:30 PM
Judging will be done by local celebrity and ACF chefs.

Who can participate: Participation in this event is open to all. Entry forms will be completed at the event. You can enter as many of the categories as you want.

We encourage all our local bakers (professionals-amateurs) and chefs to participate in this competition. We also invite the public to this free event. Come support your favorite participant and your community by attending this show.

We will be offering free games and activities for the kids, cookie decorating, and more.
