1st Annual Autism Symposium

Participants will attend a morning general session and then choose from several breakout sessions which will include: Life after High School? by Rick Razo, Director Special Education ESC Region 19; Intro to Biomedical Intervention by Michelle Rodriguez, parent of a child with autism; Intro to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) by Jennica Orme, Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst; Special Education Rights, ARD’s, IEP’s by Sandra Gutierrez, CDIC Project Director; Fragile X Syndrome by Sandra Gutierrez, CDIC Project Director; Aspergers Discussion Panel, Dad’s Panel (discussion with fathers of children with autism); and Stress: ways to cope by Steve Ingle, Art Director/Co-founder Creative Kids.
