The Celtic community of New Mexico will host the 20th. Annual Rio Grande Valley Celtic Festival and Highland Games on Saturday May 17, 2008 from 9:00am until 5:00pm at the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta Park. Exit 233 off I25 and then follow the signs.
