Decision In Rod Blagojevich Trial
Rod Blagojevich has been found guilty on one count in his corruption trial.
But he's not done in court quite yet.
The former Illinois Governor and his wife patty were at the federal courthouse in Chicago Tuesday when the jury found him guilty of one count of lying to federal agents.
The judge declared a mistrial on the other 23 counts, including one that he tried to profit from making the appointment to President Obama's vacated senate seat.
Blagojevich plans to appeal, and U.S. attorneys say they will retry the case "as quickly as possible."
