EL PASO - One local elementary school is helping students establish good eating habits in the classroom.
Second graders at Bradley Elementary are learning about the essentials through The Fruit and Veggie Fun with Produce program.
Less than a quarter of young children eat the daily recommended amount of fruits and vegetables.
School officials say this program is a great way to introduce new foods to the kids.

The program is funded by a portion of  The Carol M. White Physical Education for Progress Grant.

This isn't the only school doing it. My daughter's second grade class at Dowell Elementary in northeast have been doing it for a few weeks now.
