The victim of an alleged beating at the hands of a Franklin football player is now under scrutiny himself.

16 year-old Cesar Carreon says 17 year old Logan Mansfield punched him in the face Tuesday after practice.

Mansfield has been charged as an adult for assault.

School district officials told Newschannel 9 on Thursday evening that they are investigating Cesar Carreon for a previous fight.

Carreon admits he was involved in a shoving match with another student on a bus last semester but he welcomes the investigation.

Actually the school should atleast give these kids a small break cuz they fought with their fists rather then most kids now a days who fight with weapons like girls.

But i to agree it must be a slow news week for el paso if you have to report a scuffle between two kids.
