EL PASO— A juvenile was taken into custody Monday evening after he attempted to steal a shirt from a J.C. Penney’s in central El Paso.

El Paso police said the 16-year-old male went into the store located at 325 E. San Antonio and took a shirt into a dressing room. EPPD said he then hid the shirt in his backpack and left the store without paying for it.

The juvenile was stopped by a store employee outside of the store when the juvenile punched the employee three times, and kicked the employee in an attempt to get away.

A patrol officer was able to find the juvenile a short distance away where he was detained.

The case and the juvenile were turned over to the Juvenile Probation Department.

The shirt was valued at $24.99.

Im tired of hearing all of your holy scripture, what this kid needs is a good ass kicking, perhaps his parents as well. send him to the middle east where they cut off your hands for stealing, film it, and show it to every kid in school, see if this does not help the problem of delinquent, stupid kids, doing stupid things.

from infancy you have known the holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work” (2 Timothy 3:15-17).

seriously?

I would have punched him back and scraped his face on the street until all his teeth chipped off..."poor helpless teen, doesn't know any better," yes maybe, but after a good scrapin' he would definitely remember to pay for items next time.
