Seems people can't ignore their cell phones.

During the first two months of the cell phone ban more than 1,200 tickets have been given out to drivers using their cell phones.

That was from May 1st to June 30th.

Talking or texting on cell phones was made illegal by City Council back in march.

can El Paso Police Recieve tickets or do they have permission from the chief of police?

Cell Phone Tickets seem to be the priority of our police,,,, when we are still seeing cars with 5 or 6 children in the back seat not buckled in. way to go el paso!!!!!!! not
